Down to bare bones - again!

Corr, who has impressed when given his opportunity of late, should start alongside Steve MacLean, Leon Best or Marcus Tudgay.

Deon Burton though is out after injuring his hamstring against Crystal Palace and could be out for a further week or so.

MacLean will definitely play some part – the Scot is itching to start the game but most likely he will come off the bench as he did on Saturday.

Adamson who kept a clean sheet at the weekend will remain in goal but Paul Sturrock is keeping his fingers crossed that he will have a new stopper in for the Sheffield United game on Saturday.

Glenn Whelan is available again after suspension and he may figure alongside Yoann Folly in midfield but Sturrock is keeping his cards close to his chest after an outbreak of flu at Hillsborough.

But Frankie Simek, Chris Brunt, Folly and Corr have all been suffering from a virus of late while the S6 gaffer also states a ‘mysterious player’ is struggling, to it looks as if Wednesday are down to their bare bones again.
