Duo back to pick off Cherries

Peacock was surprisingly left out of the squad for the Walsall game following a mystery illness but returned to training yesterday and is expected to start although he may be withdrawn towards the end of the match.

The former Bristol City striker is expected to come in for Jon Shaw, who played well against The Saddlers and scored in the reserves clash with Barnsley earlier in the week.

Guy Branston is returning from suspension after he was sent off against Tranmere and has now served an automatic three-match ban.

With no Graeme Lee and Paul Heckingbottom to pick from, Turner is set to keep with the in-form Richard Wood in the back four and he will most likely move from his position in the middle to left-back at the expense of Paul Smith, who again was another fringe player to do well at Bescot.

It will come as no surprise to Owls fans to see Adam Proudlock left out of the starting eleven after a disappointing game on Saturday, Chris Brunt is likely to take his place with Jon-Paul McGovern moving back onto the right.

Meanwhile, former Owls trialist Peter Lipcsei scored a cracking free-kick for Ferencvaros to break Millwall's heart's in their UEFA Cup game at the New Den last night - the game finished 1-1.
