Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Filipe Melo has left the club, joining Portuguese top flight side G.D Chaves on a free transfer.
Melo joined the Owls on the winter transfer deadline day in 2015 but in more than 2 years at Hillsborough he featured only 6 times for the first team. His lack of opportunities for the Owls saw him make a loan move to Pacos Ferreira last season and he has now made the move back to Portugal a permanent one.
