Sheffield Wednesday will face Premier League side Fulham at Hillsborough in the 3rd round on the F.A. Cup.
Manager Roy Hodgson guided the London side to safety on the final day of last season and they currently sit in the top half of the table.
Historically there have been very few competitive matches between the two teams and the last time they were in the same division was the 2000/01 season when Fulham earned promotion to the top flight with both fixtures resulting in draws.
It is the fourth season in a row that Wednesday have drawn Premier League opponents at this stage and despite taking Manchester City to a replay and Derby to a penalty shoot-out the Owls are yet to cause an upset.
The clash will take place in the weekend commencing 3rd January 2009.
