Sheffield Wednesday travel to London on Saturday looking to get a positive result against Charlton before the Championship takes a break for international games.

Wednesday remain without injured trio Moudou Sougou, Marco Matias and Michael Turner but midfielder Alex Lopez has resumed full training and is available for selection.

Striker Gary Hooper will be hoping to make his first start since joining the Owls on loan from NorwichCity.

Charlton are without key players Igor Vetokele, Jordan Cousins, Cristian Ceballos and Ahmed Kashi. Striker Tony Watt and winger Johan Berg Gudmundsson are also doubtful.

Carlos Carvalhal has led the Owls on an unbeaten run of 11 games in league and cup though they still sit outside the top 6 places in the Championship table.

Charlton are on a miserable run of 5 successive defeats and they have not won any of their last 12 matches.

The two sides played out two 1-1 draws against each other last season.
