Owls stick with winning league line-up

No changes from last weekend for Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday travel to Reading on Saturday afternoon, looking for their first away points of the season. The Owls were beaten at home by Premier League Wolves in the League Cup in midweek but manager Jos Luhukay changed his entire team for that tie and has reverted back to the eleven that started last weekends 2-1 home win over Ipswich Town.

That means that Fernando Forestieri and Steven Fletcher have to settle for a place on the bench with Lucas Joao and Marco Matias flanking Adthe Nuhiu in attack.
New loan signings Josh Onomah and Michael Hector will not feature having only joined the club on Friday afternoon.

Experienced full-back Chris Gunter returns to the Reading side for his first Championship appearance of the season and Mo Barrow returns from a groin injury to play in attack.

Wednesday enjoyed home victories against Reading in the league and F.A. Cup last season but don't have a great record at the Madejski Stadium having won just once in their last nine visits, losing six times.

Reading have just two points from their opening five games of the season while Wednesday have lost both of their away games.
