Sheffield Wednesday's Gary Hooper has been rewarded for his fine performances in January with the PFA Fans Player of the Month award.
Hooper signed a permanent contract with the Owls during the month and made a massive contribution as the club recorded 3 wins and a draw in the league.
The former Norwich forward bagged a brace of goals in victories against Leeds and Bolton as well as notching in the 1-1 draw at Reading.
The 28-year-old has continued his form into February, bagging 2 more goals against Birmingham, helping the club move into the top 6 in the Championship table.
Hooper is the 4th Wednesday player to win the award this season, following on from Ross Wallace, Fernando Forestieri and Lucas Joao. The accolade is voted for by fans from a short-list compiled by experts consisting of former professionals, pundits and officials.
