Watson set for return

The West Brom loanee, ineligible to play in The Owls' last match against his parent club, is set to return to the midfield with Kenny Lunt being the unfortunate makeweight.

Lunt has been in splendid form recently and his performance against Ipswich was particularly pleasing after he set up both goals but Brian Laws would like to get the most out of Watson while he still can.

Jermaine Johnson should return to the bench following a knee injury and then chicken pox but it is unlikely whether he will start.

Laws will also give Iain Turner his last run out as he is returning to Everton after tomorrow's game.

The Owls manager will also be hoping that Steve MacLean, Lee Bullen and Deon Burton will decide on their futures before the end of the season otherwise he will have to look elsewhere.

The trio have been offered new deals but the Wednesday boss does not want to be kept waiting.
