Former Owls full-back makes Hillsborough return
Sheffield Wednesday have today completed the signing of free agent Jack Hunt following his recent release from Bristol City.
Hunt enjoyed a 3-year spell at Hillsborough between 2015 and 2018, having initially joined the Owls on a loan move from Crystal Palace that was then turned into a permanent transfer.
The 30-year-old right-back was a popular figure during his time at S6 and was a regular in the side that twice reached the Championship play-offs. He has spent the last three years with Bristol City and it was widely expected that he would find another club in the Championship following his release so it is quite a coup to see him return to the Owls with the club now in League One.
