Sheff Wed 1-2 Bolton: Match Report - view commentary, squad, and statistics of the game as it happened.Wanderers win at WednesdayFirst-half goals from Liam Feeney and Darren Pratley gave Bolton Wanderers a 2-1 Sky Bet Championship victory at Sheffield Wednesday.Chris Maguire scored a penalty for the hosts, who had substitute Sam Hutchinson sent off late on.Feeney struck in only the second minute when he pounced on a loose ball inside the area after Jacques Maghoma was dispossessed and slotted past keeper Keiren Westwood.Bolton's David Wheater then had a shot blocked following a corner before the hosts had their first effort of note.That came when Maguire saw his firm drive blocked with referee Graham Scott waving away's Wednesday's handball appeals.Bolton threatened again when Emile Heskey was unable to connect with Feeney's ball across the face of goal.Pratley extended Bolton's lead in the 25th minute with a well-taken goal, beating Westwood with a low shot.Maguire reduced the arrears three minutes later when he scored from the penalty spot after being fouled in the area by Feeney.In the closing stages of the half, Craig Davies had a shot saved by Westwood.Soon after the restart, Maguire's cross just evaded Atdhe Nuhiu.Davies then had a chance to restore Bolton's two-goal lead, finding himself through on goal, but Westwood got down bravely to make a vital block.Wednesday head coach Stuart Gray made a double substitution in the 69th minute in the hope of sparking a comeback, with Jeremy Helan and Hutchinson taking over from Maghoma and Kieran Lee.Wednesday were enjoying a decent spell of possession at this time without putting Wanderers keeper Andy Lonergan under any real pressure.Just a few minutes after joining the action, Hutchinson was booked following a foul on Pratley.Bolton then applied some strong pressure and it took some fine goalkeeping from Westwood to keep them at bay.Soon after keeping out Davies' close-range header, Westwood produced another impressive save to turn Pratley's drive round the post.Westwood also tipped a header from Matt Mills onto the bar.The ball fell to Wednesday substitute Lewis Baker in a good position inside the area but Mills stuck out a leg to divert his shot wide.Wednesday were reduced to 10 men in the 83rd minute when Hutchinson was sent off after receiving a second yellow card for a late challenge.Stevie May thought he had equalised when he bundled the ball over the line after Nuhiu's effort hit the bar, but his celebrations were cut short by the assistant referee's flag.Claude Dielna went desperately close to equalising in the sixth minute of stoppage time when his drive struck the woodwork.Bolton saw out the remainder of the game to record their first league win of 2015

They have now lost just once in their last 12 games in all competitions.The result ended Wednesday's three-match winning run in the league
