2nd half season tickets on sale soon

Sheffield Wednesday released details of ticket prices for the 2nd half of the 2009/10 season today with small savings available for new purchases in comparison with match day prices and better discounts on offer to those who had tickets for the 1st half of the season.

Adults who had 1st half season tickets can make a saving of almost £2 per game compared with average match day prices. Savings on new purchases in most cases amount to less than £1 per game as the club have stressed that the best value savings should remain with those who have purchased full season tickets.

The 2nd half is more expensive than the 1st but does include one more game and includes high profile fixtures against Newcastle United and Sheffield United and also guarantees a preferred seat for the final game of the season which traditionally attracts a good crowd.
There are however 4 of the lowest priced category ‘C’ games to come in the run in to the end of the season compared wit just two in the 1st half of the campaign.

There are no child tickets available as the club have stated that it is cheaper to buy these in a full season ticket on a pro rata basis. Any adult purchasing a 2nd half season ticket will be able to claim a free Under 8 years half season ticket.

These tickets go on sale on November 16th along with full season tickets for the 2010/11 season and anyone purchasing both together will be able to do so in 12-month interest free instalments.
