Away point delights Turner

Although Leicester dominated the game for long periods only an own goal cost the Owls coming away from the Walkers Stadium with all three points and Turner was delighted with the hard working performance.

"This game was a home banker as far as everyone else was concerned," he said.

"But we showed that we are prepared to work our socks off and this result makes it three away games on the bounce without defeat.

"Although I felt Leicester deserved something from the game because of the amount of pressure they had, it is all credit to my team that they did not get many clear chances and had to rely on an own goal to get their point."
