Peacock, who hit 16 goals last season, has not played for The Owls yet because he picked up a knock in Bristol City's play-off run.
The striker has been drafted in with another new hotshot - Steve MacLean from Rangers, who has already shown his eye for goal in Wednesday's trip to Ibiza.
But with Jon Shaw scoring a hat-trick against Barrow on Tuesday and Adam Proudlock netting against Preston and Watford, Turner has had an attacking selection dilemma for the first time in his Owls reign.
Meanwhile, Barrow's boss Lee Turnbull heaped praise on Wednesday after their demolition job at Holker Street by claiming Turner's men looked sharp.
He told the North-West Evening Mail: "I’m embarrassed. They were a million miles ahead of us in fitness, in sharpness and in ability. They put on an exhibition and we couldn’t get near them."
The club have also sold in excess of 12,000 season tickets and could be on for the most sales since 1999. Turner has praised the fans for sticking behind the team during hard times.
