The Owls boss though is still going to keep faith with striker David Graham despite publicly lamenting his performances since his move from Wigan.
Graham is still yet to score for The Owls and has not yet looked convincing following his arrival last month.
It is expected that the likes of JP McGovern, Maurice Ross, Lee Bullen and Craig Rocastle will start although Chris Eagles will miss out because he is ineligible.
Barry Corr could also be given a chance to shine following the sacking of Adam Proudlock yesterday.
