Graham hits three in reserves

The Owls won 3-1 with three goals from the former Wigan man in a come-from-behind victory against The Terriers.

His first goal was the equaliser where he nodded down into the bottom corner, his second a few minutes later was a 30-yard screamer and he completed his triple goal spree in stoppage time with a smart finish inside the box.

And with Wednesday's strikers not exactly been at the peak of their form at the moment, Brian Laws could use Graham at Luton Town next Tuesday – a ground where he scored last season.

Graham has become the forgotten man at Hillsborough after mixed loan spells at Bradford and Huddersfield but he has always made it clear that he sees his future at Hillsborough and yesterday's performance will not have done him any harm at all.

Meanwhile, Jermaine Johnson made his first Owls appearance yesterday and he will be available next Tuesday after serving a suspension which he picked up while playing for Bradford.
