The planned launch of Sheffield Wednesday's new away kit launch has had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the club have announced.
Delays in the supply and other technical problems have forced kit makers Lotto to put the release date back as it would not be able to provide a full range of sizes for sale for the original date, which was scheduled to be this forthcoming Friday.
The news will come as a bit of a disappointment as many would have hoped and expected such problems, which dogged the club previously with the last suppliers, Diadora to be a thing of the past following the change of suppliers.
The kit, consisting of a white shirt with blue shorts and white socks is now planned to go on sale from Friday 18th July.
