Sheffield Wednesday host Fulham at Hillsborough on Saturday as the look to maintain their position in the top half of the Championship table against the struggling London club. Fulham are just one place above the relegation zone but do at least have a nine point cushion ahead of the bottom three teams.

Stuart Gray has received a boost with the news that Sam Hutchinson could be available despite limping out of the victory at Blackpool last weekend. Wednesday will still be without injured players Kamil Zayatte, Glenn Loovens, Jose Semedo and Sergiu Bus.

Loovens and Semedo are some way off a return but Zayatte and Bus could come into contention in the next week or so.

Fulham are without central defender Fernando Amorebieta who is suspended following his dismissal in the home defeat by Bournemouth last week. However, the Londoners have signed experienced Norwich defender Michael Turner on loan this week and he expected to come straight into the side.

Attacking midfielder Alex Kacaniklic is set to miss out as well due to injury but other than that Kit Symonds has a strong squad to choose from.

Wednesday come into the match having won 3 of their last 4 but their home form continues to be a problem after they suffered defeat against Blackburn in their last game at Hillsborough.

Fulham have only won 1 of their last 9 matches and suffered a crushing 5-1 defeat at home to Bournemouth last time out. They have won only 3 and have lost 12 of their 18 away league games to date this season.

The Owls were hammered 4-0 by Fulham at Craven Cottage in December and have only won 1 of the last 7 meetings between the 2 sides.
