Sheffield Wednesday reward for first round victory in the Capital One Cup is a trip to Premier League new comers Burnley in the second round.
The Owls were comfortable 3-0 winners over Notts County on Tuesday evening and will now travel to Turf Moor on the 26th or 27th of August.
Wednesday faced Burnley in the Championship last season, losing 2-1 to them at Hillsborough but picking up a creditable 1-1 draw away to the eventual runners-up thanks to a Chris Maguire goal back in January.
