Sheffield Wednesday have today formally announced through a statement on the club's official website, www.swfc.co.uk that two new members have been appointed in the boardroom.
Following on from yesterday's news that the club hope to have new investment in place by the end of March 2009, Lee Strafford and Nick Parker have come on board to work with the club up to this date, seemingly to assist in the positive completion of a takeover deal.
Both bring a wealth of top class business experience to the table with Parker a former CFO of the globally operating materials and technologies firm Dyson Group and Strafford having recent success as he was the co-founder and CEO of the Owls current sponsors PlusNet.
