Wednesday yet to make a firm move

With the transfer window open early this summer some clubs are already starting to make a move and although Sheffield Wednesday have been linked with a fair few moves nothing has been confirmed as yet.

Having released 6 experienced players at the end of the season -  http://www.sheffieldwednesday-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/6_owls_take_flight_away_from_hillsborough_931454/index.shtml - the Owls will be looking to add fresh faces to their group and boss Steve Bruce will no doubt be keen to get deals concluded sooner rather than later to integrate any new players into the team.

Recent links have included the return of Josh Onomah. The Spurs midfielder spent last season on loan at Hillsborough but it was an injury-hit campaign for the youngster. Bruce is known to be an admirer of the player who was a regular in his Villa side that reached the play-off final in 2018.

Other players said to be on the radar include Brentford full-back Moses Odubajo, German defender Julian Borner, FC Zurich winger Benjamin Kololli and Rotherham midfielder Will Vaulks.
