The news that Michael Gray is out for the remainder of the season will disappoint many Owls followers given the way he has played in his short time at the club but there is some better news on the injury front with the potential return of key players.

Etienne Esajas is finally nearing a return to first team action following more the 3 months out with a broken toe. The winger started the season brightly and will be hoping to feature at some point on Saturday as he is expected to make a return to the first team squad.

Talismanic striker Akpo Sodje could also make the trip to Norfolk as he bids for yet another comeback in what he been an injury ravaged campaign.

Fellow striker Leon Clarke is also nearing a return but may be saved for the following week as on-loan striker Luke Varney is not eligible to face his parent club Derby County at Hillsborough on April 11th.
