Sheffield Wednesday's first involvement in the summer transfer window since the end of last season has seen a first team regular leave the club.

Right-back Jack Hunt has moved to Championship rivals Bristol City on a 3-year-deal for an undisclosed fee, thought to be in the region of £1.6M.

Hunt initially moved to Hillsborough on a season-long loan in the summer of 2015 but after impressing in the first half of the season that deal was made permanent in January 2016. The 27-year-old made over 100 appearances in his 3 seasons with the Owls and when fit was usually first choice at right-back.
