"Chris Brunt has got everything," Sturrock said after the 3-2 win at Hillsborough.
"He shoots, he is great in the air and if we can just get him doing that every week I'll be very happy.
"People forget he's only 20, and we are asking a lot of him. But his contribution in the second half took us up the pitch."
