But Sykes has signed a confidentiality agreement, the Express claims, and he will be unable to comment further on any matters at the club in the media.
Chairman Dave Allen has been quick to respond over the potentially libellous allegations made by the Express and has told local press that the club’s lawyers are on the matter.
