Player-of-the-season Whelan was ill against Burnley but is now fully fit and should be included in the starting eleven alongside Kenny Lunt or Yoann Folly.
And Graham is also looking for a starting spot after impressing in the reserves against Huddersfield after scoring a hat-trick recently.
Graham has not featured in the first-team since returning from a loan spell at Bradford but now he is chomping at the bit to be involved.
Brian Laws will consider giving Jermaine Johnson his debut because Wade Small could miss out due to a swollen knee.
Also doubtful is Tommy Spurr - the youngster has been ill recently and may be left out.
